What do you like best about OrianaSIEM?

Honestly the thing I liked most is that we were up and running quickly. We had tried a couple of other SIEM tools before and they took weeks just to get logs flowing properly. With Oriana we got our firewall and server logs in within a few days and started seeing useful alerts almost right away, not the usual flood of noise. The dashboards are simple, you don't need to be a full time SOC analyst to understand what's going on. Also the support team is actually reachable, we got answers from real people who know the product instead of ticket ping pong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OrianaSIEM?

Documentation is a bit thin in places, especially when you want to write your own correlation rules. We figured it out by asking support but it would be nice to have more examples. Some of the reports also need a few more clicks than I'd expect. Small things overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OrianaSIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before this our logs were all over the place, every system had its own console and when something happened we were jumping between 4-5 different screens trying to piece it together. Now everything is in one place and we can search across all of it. Incident investigations that used to take half a day now take maybe an hour. It also made audit time much less painful because we can pull the evidence we need directly instead of digging through old log files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
