What do you like best about OrderWash?

OrderWash covers the full laundry cycle, from order intake and garment tracking to customer notifications and reporting, in one clean, cloud-based system. It’s intuitive for staff, reduces errors, and the team behind it is responsive and open to integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OrderWash?

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that some of the more advanced settings take a bit of time to configure the way you want them. The basics work out of the box, but tailoring reports, price lists or workflows to a specific business needs some patience at the start. Once it’s set up, it runs smoothly. What problems is OrderWash solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solves for us is connecting the laundry’s internal workflow with the channels customers actually use. Because OrderWash is cloud-based and open to integrations, we can extend the service without replacing the core system.
