Built-in Multi-Store & Marketplace Features – Seamlessly supports chains and franchise models, enabling a private “mini-marketplace” without custom development. Extensive Plug-and-Play Integrations – One-click connections to major POS systems, payment processors (Stripe, Square, Mercado Pago), and last-mile services such as Uber Direct or Rappi. What problems is Ordering.co solving and how is that benefiting you?

Channel Fragmentation Before adopting Ordering.co we managed phone orders, walk-ins, third-party marketplaces, and our own website separately. Orders arrived through different dashboards, causing missed tickets and data silos. Ordering.co consolidates every channel—web, mobile app, QR, social media links—into a single backend, so staff work from one screen and inventory stays in sync. Costly Third-Party Commissions Relying on marketplaces meant paying 20-30 % commissions and losing direct access to customer data. With Ordering.co we launched a branded ordering site and apps in days, kept fees under 3 %, and started owning the customer relationship (emails, push tokens, loyalty points). Manual Order Handoffs Our kitchen printers and POS had to be updated by hand, leading to entry errors and delayed prep times. Ordering.co’s plug-and-play integrations (Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Uber Direct, etc.) push orders and delivery status directly into the POS and driver apps, eliminating double entry.
