What do you like best about Orbis?

What I like best about Orbis is that it handles recruiting end to end so there’s basically no manual work left for me. The AI recruiters run the whole pipeline, and the AI video interviews are a huge time saver since candidates get screened automatically without me having to schedule or sit through them. It even has an AI salary negotiator that handles offer conversations, which used to be one of the most tedious parts of hiring. Everything just flows from sourcing to offer without me touching it. What problems is Orbis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Orbis solves the biggest bottleneck in hiring, which is the sheer amount of manual work involved in screening and managing candidates. Before, my team spent hours sourcing, scheduling and conducting interviews, then going back and forth on offers. Now the AI recruiters handle the entire pipeline end to end, the AI video interviews screen candidates automatically, and the AI salary negotiator closes out offers without me getting involved. The benefit is huge time savings and a much faster time to hire, which lets us fill roles quicker and frees up my team to focus on strategy instead of repetitive tasks.
