The program is somewhat sophisticated in how it works. But their technical support is always there to guide you along the way, very supportive. The system actually lets you discard the need of using spreadsheet CSV, as it automates tax components automatically, and efficiency is increased by integrating source ERP and financial consolidation systems' data and metadata. GAAP and IFRS tax compliance issues. The software helps calculate the tax provision and has tax journal entries created automatically.
