"Solaris: Stable, Secure, and Built for Enterprise Performance"
What do you like best about Oracle Solaris?
I like Solaris for its stability, reliability, and strong performance in enterprise environments. Its security features, along with its efficient system administration tools, make it a solid choice for running critical workloads and managing large-scale systems effectively. What do you dislike about Oracle Solaris?
The biggest drawback for me is that Solaris has a steeper learning curve than more common Linux-based systems. It can also feel less flexible for modern development, since the ecosystem is smaller and the availability of third-party tools is more limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
