What do you like best about Oracle Risk Management Cloud?

What do you dislike about Oracle Risk Management Cloud?
Support can be a bit of pain on cloud, having no access to backend forces complete reliance on Oracle. Support is not geared to handle customer specific scenarios on many occasions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
