Absolute lifesaver helps get the point of sale for the restaurants I am in down pat. Before I worked with MICROS it was a nightmare, now I am happy with the outstanding results in our revenue. We use the system frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is least helpful is probably the implementation time to set up with software as well as the learning curve was a little slower than usual compared to other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because Simphony is so customizable, it is also breakable. You absolutely can set it up in a way that will ensure it won't function and it is not necessarily particularly friendly or intuitive for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
