**What do you like best about Oracle JDeveloper?**

If you are working on Java development with heavy database features, I would recommend this 200%, It is the best in this domain, Yes there are other similar tools but this for me was very helpful, especially on the deployment part i could easily reduce a lot steps that i would have genrally had to do with Oracle JDev, And other things I like are the tools for debugging they are matching the standard requirements and also Oracle JDev is best if you are on Oracle Ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Oracle JDeveloper?**

Now, although I love a lot of things about Oracle JDev, there are a few things which really should be improved first is when I started using I didn't feel it was beginner friendly I really found it complex on all the usage of the tools, but with time things were good. Also it is extremely heavy on the processor, if you computer doesn't have top notch specifications, you will definitely feel it is slow while using.

**What problems is Oracle JDeveloper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As said earlier, it is the best if you are using it for Java projects which have heavy database features, personally used it for that and it was extremely good, the tools and debugging available are top notch. And deployment will be very smooth.

  ### 2. व्यापक विशेषताएँ प्रारंभिक सेटअप चुनौतियों के साथ

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Oracle JDeveloper?**

Oracle JDeveloper is most commonly used because it does not incur much expense for the bank, and that's why the bank's procurement team has adopted it. It is used as an integrated platform where we also get the database easily, eliminating the need to find or link a new specific database separately. We get it all in just one package.

**What do you dislike about Oracle JDeveloper?**

This can be made more accessible. Its performance is somewhat more declared as compared to when we use Eclipse, etc. Sometimes, when we have to go to open source database POC, there is a bit of difficulty. There is also a part related to the UI that we can explore once.

**What problems is Oracle JDeveloper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got an integrated platform from Oracle JDeveloper which also includes a database. This meant I didn't need to find a new specific database. It is also reliable in terms of security and stability.

**What do you like best about Oracle JDeveloper?**

There are many aspects I appreciate about using JDeveloper. It offers excellent support for ADF development, and its debugging tools for Java, ADF, and SOA are very effective. The visual drag-and-drop feature for UI components makes designing interfaces straightforward. JDeveloper also provides a range of powerful built-in tools and integrates seamlessly with the Oracle stack. The database navigator and SQL worksheet are particularly useful, and having everything in one IDE is convenient. I find it easy to use, and implementation is straightforward, which helps reduce setup time and boosts productivity. Additionally, customer support is very strong; you can easily open a case with the Oracle Support team. I use JDeveloper frequently and it continues to meet my needs also easy of Integration .

**What do you dislike about Oracle JDeveloper?**

The software has some performance issues, such as slow startup times and high memory consumption. Its release cycle is also quite slow. For optimal results, it seems to work best only within an Oracle environment. Additionally, it is not ideal for multi-cloud setups or for use with multiple databases.

**What problems is Oracle JDeveloper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oracle JDeveloper simplifies the development of enterprise applications built on Oracle ADF and Oracle Database. It centralizes design,JDeveloper’s wizards and visual designers speed up the creation of business components, data bindings, and UI pages, reducing development time and boosting productivity,JDeveloper includes DB tools (SQL editor, schema browser) directly in the IDE, so developers can model, test, and integrate data without leaving the environment nsuring that applications are correctly configured for WebLogic, ADF, and SOA can be difficult.JDeveloper provides Oracle-optimized deployment profiles and validations, reducing configuration errors and improving reliability

The way it connects different workflows and data feels like such a game changer—you don’t realize how much time you’re wasting until something just flows like this. I’d say give it a shot. It definitely made my workload easier and saved me a lot of time. Also, the supporting team did a great job too.
