What do you like best about Oracle Workforce Management?

HCM has the potential to be an amazing fully integrated comprehensive system. I believe with time the product suite will be unmatched Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Workforce Management?

It is my opinion that the infrastructure needs time to improve is scalability for large clients. With a large amount of traffic, going into the system, we find the systems performs begins to fail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem it solved was allowing us to consolidate multiple systems into one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
