What do you like best about Oracle Sales Cloud?

Seamless integration into SFDC or Siebel (I have not tried or seen any others). The look and feel is far superior to Oracle CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Cloud?

Initial set-up can be very complex and overly difficult. Without getting it configured correctly from the get-go this will be very problematic for future use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Oracle Sales Cloud:

If you are using Oracle products already, Oracle Fusion CRM is an excellent choice for you, as it is far superior than Oracle CRM. If you are open to other vendors, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
