What do you like best about Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Management?

I like that Oracle Fusion is a one stop shop for me to access my pay, direct deposit, update my contact information, access the company directory, and view current job openings within my organization. I also love how user friendly it is. It doesn't take much tech expertise to find what you're looking for on Oracle Fusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Management?

I don't think that there is anything that I dislike about Oracle Fusion. The only thing that is kind of annoying is having to log in and authenticate my login every time, but I think that might just be my company's security protocols. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to find everything in one place. I can access my 401k, my pay, my contact info, my company directory, tax documents, ongoing training, and current job openings. In the past, all of those things would have been found through different websites/hosts such as ADP, a career website, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
