Oracle Eloqua was a great platform to start my career with. The complexities of it actually paid off later down the road and made me understand email at a deeper level. I thought creating segments was very easy as well as creating triggered campaign series. The other thing I enjoyed about the platform was its user friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Oracle Eloqua? However, with all the new technology out there I think Eloqua has alot of catching up to do. Most platforms now have predictive anlaytics, drag and drop email builders, and more. I feel Eloqua has alot of technology catchup to do. Also the platform always was slow with bigger data sets, as well as crashed much too often for our liking. Overall just experienced better platforms in my years of email. If you are a smaller company or a startup I would not recommend this platform as their level of support was not great and we had alot of overall issues with the platform they could not solve for.
