What do you like best about Oracle E-Business Suite?

I like that it is so easy to integrate with the rest of our software systems. Oracle makes it very easy to do with minimum to no support. Same with customizations. We have the capability to plug in Oracle into our standard processes, not change the way we do business to fit Oracle's model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle E-Business Suite?

I think like any Oracle product, you're going to pay for best in class service. It's really for corporations and teams that can afford a larger expense. And even though I love that we can make customizations, sometimes they have to be reconfigured after updates and patches, which can happen frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle E-Business Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's the thread that connects all of our major business functions and processes. Whereas prior to using Oracle, we had several systems for finance, HR, supply chain, etc. Using Oracle streamlines our processes by having a one-stop shop for everything.
