What do you like best about Oracle API Manager Cloud Service?

The effective way to manage the APIs is incredible, distributing them the gateway and being able to configure the parts of each client. In addition, it allows the analysis of each API and has the ability to track its use and performance. What do you dislike about Oracle API Manager Cloud Service?

Sometimes the online support they offer is not enough and the technical support of a professional is necessary, but since it is a product that is in full swing and development, it is difficult to hire developers and experts from Oracle.
