Everything has a place! The teams at Opus have made navigating this new system so easy. Transitioning from our old system has cut done on time overall. Where it would take me minutes to do previous tasks, I can literally complete them in seconds now! And the chat is great! I needed help with an issue earlier today actually and it was resolved within just a few minutes, thank you Justine! Oh and the badges /alerts!
