I love the collaboration tools such as tags. The support and collaboration with the Customer Success Managers really helps us achieve our strategic goals. The new reporting dashboards are so flexible and allow us more control in our reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the past, I mentioned that there aren't calculated fields in dashboards but now there are! My only issue I'd like to see is more depending filters where the dropdowns are filtered based on another selection. There is some control but not in all dropdowns.
