The automatic route planning is my favourite feature. The option of being able to balance the order and having the option of adjusting the percentage of the balancing is great. Extremely user friendly once you get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to pay extra for analytics. It also tends to lag in the afternoons. Not too much though, but as a result I have to use a secondary tracking software just to keep up with my driver's whereabouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks for the review and the feedback. We offer analytics in our middle tier and top tier. Our middle tier is more cost-effective than most of the platforms out there and provides many features included that others charge as add-ons. We continue to add new dashboards and reports to the analytics based on feedback from our customers. Our real-time tracking is used as the primary tracking mechanism for most of our customers to track their drivers and vehicles.
