What do you dislike about Optimizely Web Experimentation?

There isn't a way to segment our results by page or audience within the variations. Also, the platform isn't as reliable when making changes to a test that's running, and we've also had issues with cross-domain conversion tracking within their results dashboard. What problems is Optimizely Web Experimentation solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping us to test new pricing bundles, as well as test into our creative changes across our site. One of the unexpected benefits is using Optimizely as an additional data point for our CTR and CVR across our site (sometimes this data isn't necessary for a test we're running, but we can use it anyway to get a baseline of our site performance).
