Also, the platform isn't as reliable when making changes to a test that's running, and we've also had issues with cross-domain conversion tracking within their results dashboard. It's helping us to test new pricing bundles, as well as test into our creative changes across our site. One of the unexpected benefits is using Optimizely as an additional data point for our CTR and CVR across our site (sometimes this data isn't necessary for a test we're running, but we can use it anyway to get a baseline of our site performance).
