The most helpful feature of Web Experimentation is the custom code editor. Our landing pages have numerous dynamic content elements, so being able to update the CSS and JavaScript directly to account for different scenarios users will see is extremely beneficial. The downside of using Web Experimentation is similar to my favorite part - in order to increase experimentation velocity, you might have to use very complex custom code to reduce the number of total experiments created. For example, if I'm launching the same experiment on 3 different brands that have 3 different color schemes, fonts, images, etc., I either need to create 3 different experiments or write custom code to account for those brand themes.
