What do you like best about Optimizely Web Experimentation?

I use Optimizely Web Experimentation for A/B testing. I found it was easy to integrate, and the web interface is really self-intuitive. The APIs are well designed, which saves development time and lets us launch experiments fast. The automatic customer distinction and data management features are excellent, providing valuable insights. The intuitive interface also allows non-technical team members to set up and monitor tests independently, significantly speeding up our decision-making process. Plus, the integration with shared libraries was straightforward, only requiring adding a dependency and two lines of code for each project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimizely Web Experimentation?

The reporting and analytic dashboards could be more detailed and customizable. More granular segmentation options in reports, like filtering results by device, location, user behavior, type etc. Exporting raw data could be more easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
