What do you like best about Optimizely?

The best thing about this software is that one can efficiently track cohorts-specific and then self-serve, edit, and develop various ways to improve the platform. Providing only what is necessary is one of the most significant factors of it, as you only have to pay for insights and not the whole event volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimizely?

I haven't seen anything wrong with Netspring, but if I have to list, I would say that one has to know specific terms, as when I first used this, I didn't know most of them. So, do your research and be sure to understand all those terms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Optimizely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Knowing what is working and what is not is one of the main factors that humans use digital analytics. And I can say with surety that this does all the work. I have been using it to track all the user experience, and based upon that, I know what the things that matter the most are, and after that, I focus my attention on that area, and rest becomes history.
