It’s the only HRMS that can handle full compliance in India; no other HRMS comes close. Currently, most other HRMS tools cover PF, ESIC, or at most LWF, but labour compliance goes far beyond that and is much more difficult. Opticomp Bharat is the only HRMS that can do it for you. The UI is very easy to understand so anyone with some office level understanding can do it, it can directly integrate your timesheets and payrolls in xls and work from there, the Saas is very fast and pricing was really affoordable, it was quite cheaper than other so called leading HRMS, the email and phone support was active and helpful, the AI based audit actually helped me catch some bugs in my payroll.
