Opticdigit is simple and fast. Billing, label printing, and prescription records take seconds, and OpticSathi’s virtual try-on helps customers choose frames easily. It replaced my paper registers and Excel sheets, so I no longer lose prescriptions, my stock counts stay accurate, and customers get SMS updates when their glasses are ready. It does almost everything on its own, and I like that I can connect it to my thermal printer and send SMS updates directly. The switch was easy, and setup was very easy: we added our products and started billing the same day, with help from the support team setting up the printer. It works well for my store, and new features keep getting added regularly. I’d recommend it to any optical shop owner who wants simple, all-in-one store software.
