What do you like best about Optibus?

I like the appearance of the software, it has a comfortable interface and great color matching. The ability to sort trips on the platform makes it very efficient to search for a specific trip, which saves time. The Gantt view easily shows us that a specific duty does not have enough break time or trips overlap, likewise, you can spot places where you can improve driver and vehicle usage. The software preferences are very flexible and can be modified according to customer-specific demands. I also like that you can export the Gantt view data to tabular data type in ".xlsx" format, another advantage is a fast response to bugs, issues, and problems. What do you dislike about Optibus?

Database management occurs outside the program in Excel files, making it hard to maintain or edit existing data. In manual editing mode, you can't apply changes to more than one duty at the same time. You can only optimize two maps at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Optibus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We build the most efficient map of trips, deadheads, and breaks according to the company, drivers, roads, traffic, government, and customer constraints. It's a very useful tool for decision-making, mainly when considering new lines or changing/adding trips. Optibus helps us track and resolve problems in duties that are part of an active map.
