I like using Opstream because it provides a modern no-code platform that my team can manage, which limits the need for IT support. The workflows and automation are great for supporting a more efficient process. I find the AI extraction of documents to be a very helpful feature. I'm happy with the system's performance, their pace of updates, and their resolution times. The setup was easy and intuitive. Plus, I'm able to integrate it with our ERP system, D365.
