What do you like best about OpsPilot?

The amount of information you can gather from your FusionReactor is amazing. It's super easy to get it up and running, and the insights you can gain from the default installation are very helpful. Dig a little deeper, and you can customize it to do almost anything. If you find yourself running into problems, the customer support is top notch and very helpful. What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

The cloud version's interface/UI is a little bit confusing at first, but they are still constantly working on it and improving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpsPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?
