FusionReactor provides our company with a single view of all our production servers at a glance. When application problems arise, we can identify the requests quickly and then inspect what the issues are whether it be database or network latency. Accessing a production instance FusionReactor console is a bit problematic but mainly because of network configuration use of load balancers but I feel this can be overcome with some more thought and since the cloud service provides most of what we need anyways, we rarely need to remote into an instance to view the full featured FusionReactor console.
