What do you like best about OpsPilot?

FusionReactor provides our compay with a single view of all our production servers at a glance. When application problems arise, we can identfy the requests quickly and then inspect what the issues are whether it be database or network latency. Integration with commandbox makes deploying and configuring FusionReactor a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

Accessing a production instance FusionReactor console is a bit problematic but mainly because of network configuration use of load balancers but I feel this can be overcome with some more thought and since the cloud service provides most of what we need anyways, we rarely need to remote into an instance to view the full feaytured FusionReactor console. What problems is OpsPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?
