Whenever there is a reported issue with one of our ColdFusion apps, the first thing we turn to is Fusion Reactor to see what is going on. We like the dashboard that shows the overall load and what requests are occurring. It's easy to see if there is heavy traffic to one service and see details about those requests, such as SQL queries that may be holding things back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We tend to get stuck requests and the "kill thread" feature doesn't usually work. While this is probably not an issue with FusionReactor itself, having the feature present and not work isn't great. Also, the on-prem interface seems a bit dated, but I also know the cloud version has significant improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
