What do you like best about OpsPilot?

This tool has saved me countless hours in troubleshooting. I'd used other tools before and they pale in comparison. Working with the our developers, we've been able to streamline and find issues that we'd never have found otherwise. Aside from the tool itself, their support is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

At the scale at which we've deployed ColdFusion, managing all the settings gets interesting without a centralized means. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpsPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?
