"Ophis Streamlined Our Creative Workflow with an Easy Client Portal"

What do you like best about Ophis?

Running Syntak Media requires managing complex creative workflows, and Ophis has completely streamlined how we operate. Project management, file storage, and video review are all built natively into one app, so there's no jumping between tools. The biggest win for our team has been time saved, we no longer need to build complex manual automations just to move a project forward, since everything is centralized in one place. The Client Portal has also been a huge help, letting clients track project status and due dates themselves instead of emailing us for updates. On boarding was refreshingly simple too, the setup was guided and intuitive enough that our team didn't need any formal training to get started. What do you dislike about Ophis?

Since Ophis fully replaces Frame.io for our team's video review process, the one gap we've run into is Premiere Pro integration. Right now, when clients leave comments and timestamps on a video inside Ophis, our editors still have to switch over to Ophis to check the feedback instead of seeing it directly in their editing timeline. It's a minor extra step, but for a team that lives in Premiere Pro all day, it breaks the flow a bit. A native Premiere Pro plugin that surfaces client comments right inside the app would close that last gap and make the replacement of Frame.io complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ophis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Ophis, we were stitching together ClickUp, Google Drive, and Frame.io just to run one project pipeline. That meant paying for three separate subscriptions, constantly switching tabs, and manually keeping everything in sync between them. Now that project management, file storage, and video review all live natively in Ophis, that whole workflow fits into a single app. It's saved us real money by consolidating our stack, saved us hours each week that used to go into building manual automations, and made things noticeably smoother for our clients, who can now check project status and due dates on their own through the Client Portal instead of coming to us for updates.
