I like the quick setup of an instruction through drag & drop. Additionally, I find the fast image and video editing directly in the application very practical. The instructions are created much faster than, for example, with Word. It brings significant time savings, as the application automatically formats everything and you only have to insert text, images, and videos yourself. All documents look the same, which facilitates standardization. The initial setup was very easy thanks to our Senior Customer Success Manager, who was provided to us by Operations1, as everything was prepared in advance for the start. So far, there is a major issue that disrupts handling. When editing documents in the browser view and trying to scroll through the individual process steps, one often ends up moving individual process steps back and forth.
