What do you like best about oper8r?

I like how intuitive and easy to use oper8r is. There is very little learning curve in getting started with oper8r as it prompts you to upload docs/shows you the platform upon first login.

I love that oper8r turns around follow ups and blurbs that sound human and populates relevant links, I use it all day in my role.

The ability to turnaround security docs and RFPs is an absolute life saver. I also really love that it not only scours the internet, but you can upload your own referenceable collateral, and make that documentation private.

I have also found that any questions I do have around oper8r functionality, and potential roadmap items, are answered immediately by them team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about oper8r?

I don't see any downsides of using oper8r, it has become a staple in my day-to-day flow and getting my work completed.

I also think it's a huge value-add that I can upload private docs, only referenceable to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is oper8r solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oper8r is helping me streamline my processes and gather information both from my uploaded collateral and by scouring the internet.

Follow ups that would take me 30 mins to an hour now take seconds with oper8r. It populates links, use-cases, whatever you need. I also love that it sounds like a human in it's responses.

I have also used oper8r for Account Plans, Security Questionnaires, a migration plan and SaaS implementation guide. It provided a step-by-step guide in implementing a custom tool with docs that I was able to send through to a customer of mine.
