I like how OpenTrack makes it simple to see all our containers in one place, track them for the week, and get a good forecast. I can be proactive about letting customers know about holds or changes to their ETAs. It makes our workflow faster and more productive because I don’t have to check different steamship line, port, and rail logins for each container. I can see where everything is in the morning and make delivery and pickup appointments quicker. I also like that OpenTrack connects to our TMS, where we can see location history and receive updates. The support team is quick, responsive, and great to work with. Setup was super easy, adding new team members is simple, and the training is easy to follow.
