The best thing I like about this OpenText Structured Data Manager platform is that it offers a comprehensive enterprise information management system, which brings all sorts of document management, workflow automation, security, compliance and other AI capabilities together in a single ecosystem. I also like how well their integration features with enterprise applications like SAP, Microsoft 360 on Salesforce, which is very seamless and makes our task management to business content much easier their platform is highly scalable and secure and also suitable for organization with complex governance requirements. Since this platform is built primarily for enterprise organisations, their initial implementation and configuration is a bit complex and having a dedicated onboarding support team would make a lot of difference in this platform to make our work very effective at the initial stage. Also, new users often require training to understand and use this platform's features to the fullest, and some of their administrative tasks should be simplified, which will make our work easier. Their licensing is also a bit expensive. The number of users goes higher and also depends on the number of modules deployed, having transparency on this at the initial stage would be making more useful.
