What problems is OpenText Silk Performer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have solved the problems of bottleneck state of applications when maximum users are using it at the same time. For mobile how the apps behave on slow networks or how gracefully it can recover from crashes. Also to integrate the application on different platforms and servers.
