What do you like best about OpenText NetIQ Directory & Resource Administrator?

DRA makes managing Active Directory a breeze. The clone feature is by far the best thing in my opinion. The built in complex password creator is very handy as well (and it is customized to follow your organization password complexity requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText NetIQ Directory & Resource Administrator?

The web interface is a nice option but is severely lacking (though my org is still running V8.7 and I hear the newer releases have greatly improved this experience). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenText NetIQ Directory & Resource Administrator solving and how is that benefiting you?

The granularity of the application allows DRA to give specific powers and views to individual users and teams. We use it for our global Service Desk team, accounts admin team, tier 3 on-site support teams and engineering teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
