What do you dislike about OpenText Intelligent Capture?

Configuration needed to maintain proper user access to clusters of heirarcial data seems a bit difficult to get used to. Editing extracted data could be made more simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenText Intelligent Capture solving and how is that benefiting you?

Open text enables us to automate data extraction from our dealer receipts and helps categorize and organise the data we have. The data which was manually converted to usable format is now being converted to structured data for analysis with ease. The time consumed is reduced to bare minimum so our analysts can work purely on necessary workloads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
