What do you like best about OpenText Digital Asset Management?

Opentext provides a number of out of the box tools to configure the platform as per the need. Right from language support till custom workflows everything can be customized and built up according the the business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Digital Asset Management?

The system is too complex and not much support is there from Open Text for learning. Documentation and training manuals are not of much help. Moreover paid training is also not upto the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Opentext Media Management for managing assets of over 50 brands spread across multiple industry segments and geographical regions. The solution is extremely scalable and customisable as per brand, segment and regional needs.
