What do you like best about OpenText Cloudally Backup for Microsoft 365?

CloudAlly Office 365 is a cloud-to-cloud integrated solution for organizing and managing our O365 accounts & backup provisions. It performs data deduplication on the source end so that redundant data is eliminated before reaching the backup servers. It provides extensive support for OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint & Microsoft Teams using its one-click SaaS integration features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Cloudally Backup for Microsoft 365?

I don't have any dislikes for CloudAlly Office 365 Backup as it suits our organization for the incremental backup model. It automated and proactive compliance monitoring across all our O365 accounts and no key management is required from the customer end. We can schedule automated daily backups for our O 365 Exchange Calendars, Contacts and Notes. These can be effectively tracked in its Activity Console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenText Cloudally Backup for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudAlly aids with protecting our Microsoft O365 from various security issues due to human error, sync error, outages and malware detection. It acts as a regulated backup utility that governs various data regulatory laws such as GDPR and HIPAA for customer data protection. It provides excellent security audits from which we can know all the activities and modifications implemented in our O365 account in its unified activity console management. We can also modify its automated archival feature to remove specific backups after a specific number of days for our regulatory requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
