What do you like best about OpenText Cloudally Backup for Microsoft 365?

My favorite feature of CloudAlly is the automatic detection and backup of accounts. When we add or change an account, nothing has to be done with CloudAlly. At the next scheduled backup the new/changed account is automatically backed up. I also appreciate MFA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Cloudally Backup for Microsoft 365?

No complaints yet. We have not had to employ the backup but I have routinely checked to ensure it is working and the system says it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenText Cloudally Backup for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

While another backup is probably unnecessary, the stakes are too high to rely on probably. CloudAlly is an inexpensive insurance policy against loss of valuable data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
