What do you like best about OpenText ArcSight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM)?

What I liked about ArcSight ESM was its robust security event management capabilities. What do you dislike about OpenText ArcSight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM)?

What I didn't like about ArcSight ESM was its complexity and learning curve. It required a significant amount of time and effort to fully grasp its features and functionalities.
