I feel that our customer consultant is one of the best from any vendor I have worked with in my career. BJ comes to all of our meetings ready to share what is available to help our company with their training and talent needs and shares ideas that we may not yet have considered. Additionally, he is very timely in his responses back to us when we ask for assistance. Also, I want to recognize your support team. We have had issues with some of our courses, and the team was there to support us with clear instructions, clarification if we needed it, and true professionalism. I am not sure if it necessarily is a dislike per se. With so many assets it sometimes is difficult as an Administrator to know what is new, what may soon be retiring, and then searching for the best assets (please know your curation team is fantastic, and I am really enjoying the new AI functionality).
