What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you? Our experience with Opensense has been outstanding from start to finish. We first met the Opensense team at INBOUND, where we evaluated several email signature management providers. While there were multiple companies offering similar solutions, Opensense immediately stood out. Their platform felt more polished, the demonstration was exceptional, and the team was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. A special thank you goes to Tory Scharadin, our initial sales representative. He was instrumental in helping us navigate a Microsoft-related issue that delayed our deployment and went above and beyond by securing an additional month of service at no charge while we worked through the challenge. His responsiveness and commitment to our success made a lasting impression. The onboarding experience was truly best-in-class. Will Tender delivered one of the best implementation experiences we have had with any software provider. He was patient, knowledgeable, reliable, and always willing to help. Deploying email signatures to more than 280 employees can be a complex process, but Will made it feel seamless. His expertise and customer-first approach were exceptional. Today, our organization has professional, consistent email signatures across all departments. Opensense allows us to easily manage department-specific banners and campaigns while maintaining brand consistency throughout the company. The signatures render beautifully in both light and dark mode, and we were even able to create simplified versions for our field-based Data Center Services team, ensuring fast load times and an optimal experience for recipients. More importantly, we see tremendous potential in the marketing banner functionality. It provides a valuable communication channel that allows us to promote campaigns, events, initiatives, and company news directly through one of our most frequently used business tools: email. We would also like to recognize Cody Herrick for his support during our renewal process. Cody worked closely with us to extend our agreement and align our renewal date with our budgeting cycle, making it possible for us to utilize available co-op marketing funds. His flexibility and customer-focused approach made the process easy and efficient. Opensense has delivered exactly what was promised: a powerful platform, excellent customer service, and a solution that helps us strengthen our brand with every email sent.
