What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

OpenSense makes it easy to centrally manage email signatures at scale, ensuring consistent branding without manual effort. A big upside is the ability to turn signatures into a marketing channel—promoting campaigns and driving engagement through everyday emails. It also integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, and the reporting helps optimize performance over time.

I’ve had an exceptional experience working with Tori and Josh at OpenSense. They are both incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success.

From day one, they took the time to truly understand our business needs and marketing goals, and they brought thoughtful, strategic recommendations to the table—not just technical execution. What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

While the platform is powerful, there can be a bit of a learning curve upfront when setting up more advanced rules or campaigns. Occasionally, changes or updates may take some time to reflect across all users. More out-of-the-box templates and easier customization options would also be helpful. What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?

OpenSense solves the challenge of managing email signatures consistently across the organization, eliminating manual updates and reducing the risk of outdated or non-compliant branding. It also helps us better utilize email as a marketing channel by enabling targeted campaigns through signatures.
