What do you like best about OpenProject?

It not only helps organize every phase of production from pre-production planning to post-production, but also keeps the entire process structured and efficient. The ability to visualize timelines, boards, track tasks, and collaborate seamlessly makes managing project much easier.Being able to name and customize different work package types is also pretty helpful for video projects. What do you like best about OpenProject?

The visualization and ability to modify cards, tasks, etc. are the best quality points of OpenProject. Some features are easy to use and it serves various management environments, especially, and not just software development. What do you like best about OpenProject?

Openproject comprises a set of features, there are few areas where it can be improved. One of the most common drawback is that at certain times the interface is bit cumbersome and users may find difficult to navigate. Even the mobile experience needs to be improved. "Comprehensive and easy to use tool that guarantees data security"

What do you like best about OpenProject?

The vast feature set across traditional and agile methodologies allows any project management approach. OpenProject is super intuitive to use, there is a great online documentation (and personal support) but it is not really needed. I love that you can do everything in OpenProject and don't need any other tool. Even emails are not necessary because you are communicating in OpenProject, that really helps to streamline communication. We have increased our productivity because all information is in one space and you don't lose time going through different systems looking for the latest information.

For me, data security was a big factor as we have a lot of confidential data being processed and OpenProject offers secure hosting (if you use the cloud version, otherwise on-premises is of course even better) and they don't share your data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenProject?

I can't really say anything negative, love the tool and its ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenProject solving and how is that benefiting you?

OpenProject allows me to have all project relevant data in one space. I can collaborate with my team members easily remotely and we have achieved an increase in productivity by implementing OpenProject. On top, it was crucial for me to keep the confidential data that we are processing when managing our projects, secure and this is one of OpenProject's strengths. "Customer support not responsive"

Since community version is free, there shouldn't be a need for administrator to activate your account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenProject?

Customer support not responsive; not helpful in term of platform to run on- they push for Linux machine even though it can run on Mac desktop with Docker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
