What do you like best about Openli?

Openli is a compelling resource with intuitive design that serves as a backbone for our legal team's vendor management and risk management practice. A vendor's privacy posture is a critical component to our selection and maintenance of our vendor relationships and Openli provides the insight that is needed in a thoughtful, user friendly way. Openli streamlines the task of reliably collecting, organizing, reviewing, and storing the right documentation per vendor. Without the Openli solution we'd be exposed to a significant drain on our team's resources and forced into a dilemma of either falling behind or spending more of our budget on personnel to maintain the status quo. We've found Openli to be an invaluable tool for our team that helps us efficiently support our business and lets us focus on efforts that drive our business forward rather than getting bogged down in activities that Openly has scaled. What problems is Openli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Use of Openli takes the work of compliance and vendor management from a typical one-time check-the-box exercise to providing us with up-to-date actionable information during the entire vendor lifecycle. Openli has helped us reduce the time spent on vetting our vendors, putting our team and the business we serve in a position to make better decisions faster, an outcome we could not have achieved with legacy resources.
