I love how OpenConstructionERP goes beyond my expectations and is as complete as it gets for open-source apps. The cost estimate software, which is usually expensive, is a big plus since OpenConstructionERP solves that issue. I really like the completeness of the features provided, as they're almost A-Z available. The most valuable aspect for me is the cost data feature, which is typically hard to find.
