What do you like best about Onward Vet?

Onward Vet is easy to use. New employees quickly are able to navigate the system. Cost is very affordable. Questions are usually quickly answered by support. Improvements are made often. Not having to deal with a network of computers in my office has been a big cost savings. Access to records anywhere and on any device has improved service to clients and care to patients. Inventory management is easier than when we were using a network-based more popular program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onward Vet?

Financial reports do not separate out income by department. This has been an issue since we started with the program in 2014. Occasionally we do not get a timely response from support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Onward Vet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer have to back up our EMR system as we did in the past. I have moved all of our spreadsheets, publisher, and word documents to the cloud as well and it has given me relief from worry that back ups might fail. The streamlined system is more efficient to use. I don't have to worry about a network failure interrupting our business flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
