I find ONVENTIS very innovative and especially appreciate the rapid implementation of AI, which has resulted in significant cost savings and saved us 70 - 80% of time. The support is very helpful and resolves issues quickly, which is important so that we can continue swiftly. The initial installation was also quickly arranged, and we were live within 1 - 2 months. There are still quite a few invoices that are not recognized, unfortunately this cannot really be solved. Supplier recognition, VAT number, and Chamber of Commerce number are not always correctly recognized on every invoice, which means there is still quite a bit of manual work involved.
